Application Form

  • 日程が合わず個人での御祈祷をご希望の場合は、事前に桑港寺(info@sokoji.org)宛にご連絡ください。

  • お申し込みは、御祈祷希望日の2日前までにお願いいたします。

  • 御祈祷料は、グループ祈祷100ドル以上、個人祈祷200ドル以上を目安に、当日封筒に入れてお納めください。

  • お車でお越しの方は、桑港寺横のHemlock Streetにある駐車場をご利用いただけます。

  • 当日の服装やお持ち物に、特別な指定はございません。

  • 腹帯をお持ちいただいた場合は、あわせて御祈祷いたします。

  • 御祈祷の所要時間は、約30分です

  • If you would like to arrange a private blessing ceremony, please contact Sokoji in advance at info@sokoji.org..

  • Please submit your application at least two days before your preferred ceremony date.

  • The suggested offering for the ceremony is $100 or more for a group ceremony and $200 or more for a private ceremony. Please bring your offering in an envelope on the day of the ceremony.

  • Parking is available in the temple parking lot on Hemlock Street, next to Sokoji.

  • There is no specific dress code, and no special items are required.

  • You are welcome to bring a maternity belly band (haraobi) to be blessed during the ceremony.

  • The ceremony will take approximately 30 minutes.
